The Week of Love
Light two purple candles: the candle of Hope, and the candle of Preparation. Light the candle of Joy, the pink candle. Light the candle of Love, a purple candle.
Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And overall these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. Colossians 3:12-14

The gum-represents prayer, which holds the church together.
The Smarties tell us that we’re smart to follow the word of God.
The rubber band reminds us that it is Jesus who holds it all together.
The Bible tells us that you said “I am the light of the world.” Let our thoughts and actions reflect the peace and love of Jesus this day. Bring His light into our home today and every day. Amen.
